We operate 12 advanced testing platforms with a total installed power of 1,000 kW, allowing us to conduct factory and type testing for the entire HL-A4V series—including open-circuit pumps, closed-circuit pumps, and axial piston motors. Our testing capabilities cover a wide range:
- Speed range: 0-4000 rpm
- Maximum pressure: 45 MPa
- Flow rate: 0-750 L/min
- Performance tests: Flow, pressure, speed, torque, mechanical efficiency, volumetric efficiency, air-tightness, and noise assessment
Every product undergoes 100% factory testing, ensuring it meets stringent quality requirements before delivery.

We utilize three-coordinate measuring instruments to inspect batch-produced components, ensuring precision, especially in areas that are difficult to measure manually.
Each pump is subjected to high-pressure endurance testing, running continuously for over 2,000 hours at rated pressure without failure, confirming long-term reliability.
Compressed air is injected into the pump through the oil inlet, sealing all other oil ports. The pump is then fully submerged in water and pressurized to 0.4 MPa for 5-10 minutes. If no bubbles appear, the pump's air-tightness is confirmed; otherwise, adjustments are made based on leakage points.
